We reviewed agents online from the Woodbury office website, then asked our Remax agent in Tacoma, WA to help us pick an agent.  Sharon Wilson, our Tacoma agent contacted Cheryl for a referral.  Cheryl contacted us within an hour of talking to Sharon.  There’s absolutely no doubt that Cheryl was the  agent for us.  She is incredible.  She’s the best listener and was absolutely attentive to our needs.

Cheryl immediately previewed the house, then called us back in Tacoma with her opinion of it.  I booked a flight for the next day, and Cheryl spent 3 days showing me the house and checking on details.  For one showing, Cheryl and I walked the house and property with my phone on FaceTime while Cheryl talked with my wife and answered her questions.  The next day, on a Sunday, she met me at her office, and again, on FaceTime, she wrote up our purchase offer.

Throughout the next week she was on top of all the details of the offer and numerous counters.  She helped us find the right lender, helped set up all inspections, and was on top of all details and instantly responsive.  Despite the fact that we were in Tacoma, WA, this process could not have gone better if we had been in Minnesota.

Cheryl’s the best.  She looked after every detail, she was careful to make sure we didn’t overlook anything, made sure all critical systems were in great shape, and worked to get us the best deal.  She’s direct and honest, and definitely looking out for her client.  Best agent we’ve ever worked with.  Thanks, Cheryl!

Cheryl helped us find our new home in Minnesota.  She was very particular about the flow of homes once you enter.  I never noticed it until she mentioned it, which helped open my eyes as far as what to look for and what to avoid.  I appreciated the fact that she had good energy and felt she really  wanted us to find a home we were truly comfortable with.

Once we found the home we really wanted, she did everything she could to help us get it.  She wrote a letter to the seller explaining why we were the perfect family for the home, she scheduled the inspector to come in the next day.  She really understood the urgency of us closing the deal.  I truly felt she did everything she could to make sure we were happy.  I would definitely use Cheryl again in the future & I would recommend her to anyone.
